Right of withdrawal
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Progressive Training Concepts (Tim Leibiger & Samuel Paulsen GbR), Kinzigtalstraße 5, 77799 Ortenberg, Germany, telephone number: +4917655402175, e-mail address: info@progressive-training-concepts.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.
Digital Products
Unfortunately, we cannot refund products that have already been downloaded due to piracy. If you have not downloaded the digital product, we will gladly refund the full amount. We cannot refund products once they have been downloaded. If you are dissatisfied with the downloaded product, we will consider exchanging it for a similar product.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and fix the problem.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers or plants), customized products (e.g., special orders, personalized items, personalized workout plans) and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for clearance items or gift cards.
Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If it is, your refund will be automatically transferred to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
When purchasing digital products, they waive the cancellation period from the day the contract is signed. Damaged files are excluded. These will be replaced immediately.
