I am a police officer and work a 12 hour shift system.
I have always been a sports enthusiast. I have been doing CrossFit® for four years now. In order to meet my own demands on myself and my goals in CrossFit®, I have decided on a training plan that is personally tailored to me.
The individuality and variance in the plan itself, as well as the personal contact with my coach are very important to me. This allows me to get feedback on my training and work on my weaknesses.
Also, the time-consuming planning of my training is taken away from me by my coach. It allows me to have more free time besides training and my days off. I trust my coach completely. Thus, the whole focus is on the upcoming training.
I like to set myself new challenges and in the training plan this is always the case.
