Yes, remote coaching is always customized to your daily life, whether it be with or without equipment. There are always opportunities for a valuable workout.

Our Template Competitor program is an ongoing program. You train from month to month within a set system designed for Sport Specific Prepardness. The programming is designed to prepare you for competitions such as the CrossFit® Open.

The coaches will also give you tips on demand and are available via messenger for any questions you may have.

Keep in mind, however, that a template coaching will never be customized to you.

The subscription for our Template Remote Coaching lasts for a whole month. Your subscription will always be automatically renewed on a monthly basis unless you cancel before the deadline (seven days before the end of the month).

The Template prepares you for the next competition season and is designed to get you ready to compete.

It is the simplest viable program for athletes. We address all the major areas of training, focusing on mastering the fundamentals for future gains of specific needs in the CrossFit® sport.
